Standard Support Agreement

Service Commitment

Standard support includes changes or modifications to all network and server hardware owned by BROADLINE NETWORKS. As such all dedicated servers, shared hosting and reseller hosting include basic management for free with each purchase. All Colo-cation services are unmanaged unless a Managed IT Support Contract has been purchased. BROADLINE NETWORKS maintains no responsibility for unmanaged customer equipment and our standard support rates apply for all customers that request support without a Managed IT Support Contract.

Standard Support Rates

Our standard rates for non-contract work are $85/hour. Any hours outside of the contracted hours will be billed at these rates. To avoid paying these hourly rates you may upgrade any Managed IT Support Contract plan at anytime during the month. You will be billed at the new Managed IT Support Contract plan rate until such a time your contract expires.
