Our on-site and remotely Managed IT services are designed to keep your initial costs minimal, while providing the ability to scale as your IT needs change with your business. We provide every service from simple monitoring, complex network design and setup, server and network security and even basic IT on-call support. Let our experienced technicians work with your business to provide top level service at an affordable price. All of our plans are yearly contracts with monthly or annual pay schedules.

All plans include with 24/7/365 technical support via email and our support ticket system. General phone support that is included with all plans is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. 24/7/365 phone support can be added to any plan for $500/month.


On-site support is available from 7:00am to 6:00pm EST for scheduled hours, emergency service is available 24/7/365.


All non-scheduled or emergency on-site hours will be billed a minimum of 1 hour of service per incident. Additional time will be billed in 15 minute intervals.


Our standard rates for non-contract work are $85/hour for on-site and $50/hour for remote hands. Any hours outside of the contracted hours will be billed at these rates. To avoid paying these hourly rates you may upgrade any IT contract plan at anytime during the month. Customers will be billed at the upgraded plan rate for the current and following month as well. After the second month has been completed you may return to your original level of service if you no longer require the additional hours.


All stated on-site hours are maximum possible hours for each billing period of one month. No refunds will be issued for un-used hours or service.


Scheduled on-site support starts when we arrive at your premises and is billed in 15 minute intervals with a minimum of 1 hour billed per visit.
